ACCI Specialty Materials (A&C Catalysts) , is a high performance materials company specializing in specialty additives for the Personal Care, Electronics, Automotive, Industrial and Aerospace and Composites Industries. While you may not have heard of us, chances are that if you've flown in a plane, ridden in a car used a computer, or used a moisturizer or makeup, you've come across our products. Our products are key ingredients in making formulations work.

We’re looking for a experienced professional with a vision of how develop new business and to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in personal care, cosmetics, and industrial high performance additives.

You will engage with existing customers, distributors and new customers to best provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability of our Aminopearl® Technirez®, Technicure® and Resicure™ lines of ingredients. You will service and grow existing market areas as well identify new opportunities for our products and help drive development of new products for these markets.

Responsibilities: This Position requires calling on, and building relationships with, important technical, purchasing and manufacturing decision-makers to sell our products and develop new customer-specific concepts. You will communicate how to best meet current and future customer and market needs and market demands, as well as helping to establish Marketing Campaigns to promote our Company and Products. You will become technically adept at discussing our products and preparing technical presentations to help promote our products and our company.

Requirements: The minimum requirement for this position is a Technical Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline and Technical Experience and 5 years of Sales Experience working in the High Performance, Adhesives and Composites markets or Personal Care Ingredients Market. Domestic and some international travel will be required.
